The sealing material commonly used is nitrile rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene. Its working pressure can reach 0.6MPa, and the working temperature range is 0-200 ℃. Common specifications include various sizes such as 200 * 80, 1000 * 80, etc.
Application scenarios and maintenance
Stainless steel rectangular sight glasses are widely used in equipment such as pressure vessels, vacuum vessels, tanks, reactors, filters, boiling beds, etc., for observing the internal conditions of containers. The window glass is a vulnerable component, so it should be handled with care during installation and attention should be paid to its limitations in temperature and pressure resistance. For example, the temperature resistance range of tempered borosilicate glass is 0-180 ℃, and the temperature resistance range of quartz glass is even higher, reaching 0-1000 ℃. In addition, the square mirror allows for a sudden temperature change of less than 60 ℃ to prevent the glass from breaking due to excessive temperature differences.
